The results of so many locked up from 3 Strikes is the lack of rehabilitation. society wants to keep blaming the offender tho with some help the first time, maybe there wouldnt have been a 2nd or 3rd...i hope DOC reads your encouraging story and legislature allows DOC more money to make their time matter and to come out closer to being whole.
